Spa Etiquette:

Life is already a rush, but your spa treatment shouldn't be . Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out intake form and enjoy the extra services like champagne with comfort.

We reserve the therapy rooms for 60 and 90 minutes for massage therapy sessions. A therapeutic session is a minimum of 50 and 80 minutes, respectively. Your first session will include a client intake form so that we can customize a massage that is perfect for you. To ensure that you have all the table time that is reserved specifically for you, we recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This allows you ample time park and to fill out the client form to prepare for your session. All appointments have been designed to allow the appropriate time for the full enjoyment of the service, and to accommodate a full day of reservations we must respect the time of others. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest experience possible.  An unhurried and relaxing treatment will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled session. You will be responsible for the full service.

No-shows / Appointment / Cancellation Policy
All appointments are required to leave a valid credit card on file to book. Invaild credit cards used to book appointment and bypass booking requirements will not be allowed any services at this establishment. We request the courtesy of a 24-hour cancellation notice of an appointment. A fee of $25 will automatically be charged if a no show or late cancellation occurs. A re-booking fee of $25 is required to book new appointment if client is 15 minutes or more late or a no/show occurs. Your massage session is reserved especially for you. If you are within this booking time, you are already confirmed for your treatment and the cancellation policy will be in effect. Without this notification you will not be able to reschedule. 

​Personal Hygiene
Please maintain personal hygiene. Showering before your massage is required. In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, our equipment is sterilized and sanitized to medical standards after every service and treatment. Therapist have the right to deny service to any client that do not maintain a certain level of cleanliness.

Tipping/ Taxes
A gratuity is a gift, and it’s appreciated. It is traditional to tip if you feel you have received excellent service. If you would like to tip, 18-20 percent is a good guideline. If you wish to tip your therapist you may give it to them directly or leave it at the front desk using cash, credit or debit upon check out.

Taxes are the responsibility of the consumer.


Vouchers/Gift Cards

Vouchers/Special offers/Gift Certificate all have expiration dates of 45 days and are non- refundable. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make an appointment prior to the expiration date. The facility is not responsible for unavailable appointment slots.


No sexual or behavior is tolerated on any level. Body Bar reserves the right to end services for any reasons.
